All you need is your phone and a text. We do the rest. You will receive a video that explains how to best record your swing from a down-the-line (DTL), face-on (FO), and rear views. All you need is a way to prop up your phone. If you don't have a tripod, no problem but sometimes this limits what we can view. You can rest your phone against your golf bag, a bucket of golf balls, a driver head cover, a pillow, ... all work.
analysis
An analysis on the area of focus will be provided to you for review. Lines, angles, highlights, circles will be used to illustrate movements and positions. We may compare your swing to your prior swings. We may also compare your movements to the Pro's and use a model swing as reference. Voice-over video is used to help explain the intended result. All Academy Members have access to online learning instructional videos. Gold and Silver Academy Members get their personalized member area to view all current and prior lessons which are categorized by the swing area that the lesson was focused on.
Frequently asked questions
Video taken on the mobile phone can be sent via text to a number which will be provided after your purchase. Emailing videos without compression leads to large file sizes and many email servers will not be able to deliver reliably.
The format saved from your iPhone or Android phone works great. The frames per second (fps) would ideally be 1080p but 720p will also work
Our staff will perform the analysis and share the video to you with a Private link. The only way anyone else will see the video is if you also share the link.
Your videos will be online and available via YouTube video hosted service.
